These terms govern use of hardrx.org and the HardRx service. Using the site means accepting them. If any of it does not sit right with you, please stop using the site.

1. What this service is

Hard Health arranges telehealth consultations between patients and independent licensed providers. Hard Health is not a medical provider and does not practise medicine. Prescribing decisions rest entirely with independent licensed physicians; dispensing rests with a licensed pharmacy.

No physician-patient relationship arises between you and Hard Health. Any such relationship exists between you and the reviewing provider.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or over, physically located in a state we serve, and legally able to enter a contract. The service is intended for adult men.

3. Telling the truth

You agree that what you submit is accurate, complete and current. Concealing or misstating clinical information — medications above all — can lead to serious harm and is grounds for refusing or terminating service. The reviewing physician has nothing to work from except your answers.

4. Approval is not guaranteed

Submitting a questionnaire buys you a review, not a prescription. A physician may decline. Declined means unbilled.

5. Using what is prescribed

Medication is dispensed for you alone. Do not share it. Take only the prescribed dose and never more than one in 24 hours. Follow your label and the guidance on our safety page.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Prices appear at checkout in US dollars. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated rate until stopped. Pausing, resizing or cancelling must happen before a delivery is processed; once processed, that delivery proceeds, though later ones can be stopped. See the shipping policy.

You authorise charges to your payment method for the plan chosen, including recurring charges, until you cancel.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law using this service, misrepresent your identity, age or health, seek medication for someone else, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape its content, or introduce anything malicious.

8. Intellectual property

Text, layout, design and original graphics here belong to Hard Health or its licensors. Viagra® belongs to Pfizer Inc. and Cialis® to Eli Lilly and Company; HardRx is unaffiliated with both, and those marks appear solely to identify sildenafil and tadalafil.

9. Not medical advice

Everything published here is general information. See the medical disclaimer in full, and consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

10. Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law permits, all warranties are disclaimed, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not warranted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Hard Health and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hard Health and its operators against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or inaccurate information you supplied.

13. Privacy

Use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

These terms may be revised at any time, with the updated version posted here. Continued use signals acceptance.

15. Governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.
