This notice sets out what hardrx.org does with information about you — what is gathered, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Read it alongside our Terms of Use.

Health information

Obtaining a prescription means sharing clinical detail. Your questionnaire answers, medication list, allergies and history are treated as protected health information and are passed to the independent licensed physician reviewing your case and to the pharmacy that fills it. That is the whole purpose for which it is used. It is not sold, and it is not traded for advertising.

The provider or pharmacy may issue you a separate Notice of Privacy Practices covering your HIPAA rights in detail.

What is collected

Given by you

• Identity and contact — name, email, telephone, delivery address, date of birth.
• Clinical answers — everything submitted through the health questionnaire.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.
• Correspondence — whatever you send by form, email or telephone.

Gathered automatically

Ordinary technical data: IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, the page that referred you, pages viewed, and timestamps. Cookies and comparable technologies keep the site functioning, remember preferences and measure traffic. Browsers allow you to refuse or delete them, though some functionality degrades if you do.

Why it is used

• To arrange your telehealth consultation and, on approval, dispense and deliver your prescription.
• To take payment and administer any subscription.
• To answer you when you get in touch.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To send messages about your orders, plus marketing only where you have agreed to it.
• To satisfy legal, regulatory and pharmacy record-keeping duties.

Your personal information is not sold.

Who else receives it

• The reviewing physician, who makes the prescribing decision.
• The dispensing pharmacy, which fills and ships the order.
• Contracted suppliers handling payments, hosting, delivery, email and analytics on our behalf.
• Authorities, where law, a court order, or the protection of someone's safety requires it.
• A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

Keeping it safe

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied, including encryption in transit. No system is impregnable and we do not pretend otherwise.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal, medical and pharmacy retention requirements — some of which are fixed by state law and run for years.

What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected or erased, object to or limit certain uses, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Clinical and pharmacy records carry statutory retention rules that can restrict deletion.

California residents hold further rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as California law defines the term.

Under 18s

This is an adults-only service. Information is not knowingly collected from minors. Tell us if you believe a minor has submitted anything and it will be removed.

Marketing

Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link it carries, or by contacting us. Messages about your actual orders and prescriptions will continue regardless.

Revisions

This notice may be updated. A revised version will appear here with a new date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
